Before your treatment
Francesca will analyse your skin and discuss any concerns — dryness, sensitivity, breakouts, or areas you'd like to focus on. This helps her choose exactly the right products and techniques for you.
During your treatment
You'll lie comfortably while Francesca works through each stage: cleansing, exfoliation, steam and extraction (if needed), facial massage, mask and moisturiser. The massage element is deeply relaxing and promotes lymphatic drainage.
After your treatment
Your skin may look slightly pink — that's a sign of increased circulation and it fades quickly. Avoid heavy makeup for the rest of the day if possible, and let your skin enjoy the benefits of the products. Most clients see the full glow develop over 24–48 hours.
