About Francesca

My passion is making my clients feel better — inside and out. I believe deeply in the body's ability to heal itself when given the right support, and everything I do is guided by that belief.

I set up Libra Therapies because I wanted to offer treatments that were genuinely personal. Not a one-size-fits-all menu where everyone gets the same experience, but something truly tailored — where I take the time to understand what each individual needs before I even begin.

My Approach

My approach is rooted in Ayurvedic tradition — one of the world's oldest healing systems — which sees the body, mind and spirit as deeply interconnected. I bring those principles into everything I do, using a fusion of ancient techniques and modern understanding to create treatments that work on every level.

I use only natural, organic and vegan products, because what goes on your skin matters just as much as the treatment itself. My products of choice include the Neal's Yard Remedies range, which I also recommend and sell as an independent consultant.
